M2T Imported as Data
« on: May 18, 2008, 01:01:32 pm »

Now that MKV is resolved it seems there is also another issue with M2T.  All of mine import as data...any ideas?

PS I know you can change the tag but I don't want to do this every time.

In another thread you said you solved playback problem by selecting "File Source (Async.)" as source filter. Have you tried importing a new file after such selection? It may also solve the importing problem.

As a general rule, if you can not play it, you will have trouble importing it. Unfortunately the reverse is not always true, but I hope it is true in this specific case.

Wait.... so the mkv import problem was solved for you, finally? What was the problem? A few days ago you were still having trouble, so it'd be nice to know what you did differently. Glad it's working for you in any case. :)
