does MJ8 can play ogg streaming audio files like:

http://morse.wopn.org:10000/wopn-broadband.ogg ?

For what I know..yes...It seems to be able to Recieve Streams from the most crazy extension.

BTW if you create your own Media Server ( so that you have at your work acces to your local Media Jukebox Library ( that means acces to all music ) then you can stream every type of music between your home computer and your work.
