DSP Studio broken in theater view
« on: May 25, 2008, 05:05:06 pm »

I think this is a bug and I tried ver 504 and back to 487 with same result.

Switch to Theater View. Now open DSP Studio window and then try to change anything with a drop down menu.
The drop down opens and closes instantly. Looks like Theater view keeps stealing focus.
The Playback Options menu works fine.
Does anyone see this problem or is it just me?

I see it although I'm not sure how you would start DSP from theatre view.

It's very simple. When in Theater View right click anywhere at bottom where coverart is displayed.
Then select Player/Playback Options/DSP Studio. That should open DSP Studio. Let me know if you see the same problem with the drop downs once in DSP Studio.

Is it just me or would an official theater view interface to DSP studio be appreciated?

hello benn600,
I really don't use Theater View much but I can imagine people tying Media Center into their TV and home theater system might find it nice to have all the menus to be skinned like the theater view skin.

I guess, based on the lack of response, that the hard core theater view users aren't having the problem I see or they don't use the DSP studio since that is the only one that is bugged.

I dont use it from theater view. I find it can (could? - its been a while) mess with the fonts in the dialog.

Yes please  ;D
