Artist-listing
« on: June 07, 2008, 05:53:26 am »

Earlier in use of Jukebox 7 and 8, I could make a list of all artists in the library.

Now with the MC 12 I can't find this listpossibillity.
Isn't this function in the program anymore, or how can I find it back?

Please tell me where it is.

You can search for the artist.

You could make a smartlist.

You could sort by artist.  Click on the top of the artist column.

I mean each artist only one time in a listing.
It doesn't work to me.
Please make a short explanation to me.

I want this kind of list only for managing the artistbiographies.
I need a description for making a list of this type, where all artists in the library are listed only once.
The way I have tried i have got all the artists a lot of times, once for each of all their melodies.

You can put in the search box (or smartlist rule) ~nodup[Artist] and you'll get one track by each artist.

I can use Album Artist (auto) on a view scheme with modifier to show 'no duplicates' of Album Artist (auto) and I get a Pane with a list of each artists...once.
