Shortcut open on monitor 2

I have a shortcut set up to open in theaterview that I would like to have open on monitor 2 only everytime.  Has anyone been able to do this?  As it is now, it opens on whichever monitor the program was last closed on.

I have downloaded the trial version of Ultramon but it doesn't seem to work with MC.

Options > Playback > Display Settings...

You can force a monitor there.  Also, the setting is zone specific if that helps.
