Ipod and images

i got the new ipod, and the music loaded fine, but the images are loaded by some random date and not the image name. i went through and deleted all the dates in all the tags of all the pics, but it will not change the pic arrangement on my ipod.  how do i fix it.

the newest version of MC and the ipod 60gig version 1.1.1 pc

i think i found out how it organizes them, its by date created. i can not change that tag detail on MC, why not?
