Relation with Amazon?
« on: August 13, 2008, 12:55:13 am »

Is there anyway to get rid of Amazon from the menu and perhaps add whomever we would like to purchase from?  Bought an MP3 download from them, never could retrieve it and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out where it might have gone, when it might have downloaded, no clues....locating help.   Don't care to do business with them.
Thanks
Tim

It isn't possible to remove Amazon.  Did you try a search from Explorer?  It's probably in My Documents/My Music and then probably in an Amazon directory below that.

Amazon will help if you contact them.

There was never a download to my knowledge.  I've downloaded MP3s before and was always notified or prompted on other sites.  Searched hardrive, no result. They refunded the money and made no mention of how to retrieve your purchases except for installing their software, which I didn't want.
I'll purchase elsewhere, I just thought it would be convenient, they are just not my favorite place to shop.
I was just curious, thanks.
Thanks

We have a purchase/subscription system coming in a new version of our player.  Here are a few pictures:
