command line list
« on: September 13, 2008, 11:57:55 am »

Sorry newb here. Where can i find a comprehensive list of the command line options for mc12? I have seen the list on the wiki, but i see alot of posts with the numeric command line switches to use with mc12. none of these are on the wiki. Where can i find a list of all the options and explanations of their uses? thanks in advance. mc12 rocks!

They are on the Wiki.  There are two sets of automation commands: standard command-line switches, and then the more-advanced "core commands" (which are exposed through COM, and designed for programming use).  However, since MC offers a /MCC command line switch, you can use these more advanced commands via a simple command line as well.

Oh... And welcome!  There's no need to apologize for being a noobie.  Just ask if you have any questions (and bump the thread if you don't get a response).  We're pretty friendly here.   ;)
