I am not sure what happens, but since i installed version 8, i get some noises in the music of the cd's i rip, like if the cd's i rip are LP's instead of CDs. Do you remember the noise of the vinyl player? Well, i have that problem, do you know how it can be solved?

the other problem i have is that whenever i start song, i usually get a first big noise, and then the song starts to play, does anyone have that problem?

And my general question to both issues, does it seem a hardware or a software problem?

In MJ under settings/options there are settings for digital playback of CD's.  Try this set both ways to see if it makes a difference.
