use MC playlists in squeezebox/center without explicit export

Squeezecenter (the server software for the squeezebox) can use itunes playlists and keeps them in sync automatically, i.e. I do not have to manually export the playlists.

I'd prefer to use mediacenter instead of itunes, but I don't find a way to use its playlists for the squeezebox other than making explicit exports (which is cumbersome especially with smart playlists).

Is there some way (e.g. a squeezecenter plugin) to do this?
