2 little thingies, that have to do with skins.

1. (at least in the Z skin) There is no difference between de icons for the restore and maximize buttons for the window.

2. I'm a fan of a little program called Powermenu. It gives you several extra options for program windows when you right click the taskbar-button or the window-title-bar (change 'priority' & 'transparency', 'minimize to tray' and 'always on top'). However,
  When you use any skin for the MEGA-ME windows, Powermenu no longer works.
