I'm not sure which build it started in, but my Action Window just won't stay closed. I know we went around and around about being able to enable/disable it way back in MC10/11 development (when the feature debuted), but I seem to recall that when I used the chevron to keep it closed, it would stay that way through lots of different program events (closing & relaunching, opening & closing tabs, switching views, etc. etc.)

Now the darned thing keeps popping open! Is there a way to nail it shut?
