burn flac to a CD?
« on: December 09, 2008, 06:41:33 pm »

Is it possible to burn flac files directly to a CD using MC?  I tried it tonight and it said the files weren't supported or something like that.  I'm wondering if it simply isn't supported or if I don't know how to do it.

Yes.  It's possible.  Are you burning an audio CD or a data CD?

What version of MC do you have?

Can you play the files?

Step by step, what did you do?  What happened?

MC 12.  I don't know what update but I think I updated recently.

I can play the files on both machines I have MC installed.

Now that you tell me it is possible I just tried the same thing on my desktop and the burn is working.  So now I gotta figure out why it isn't working on the other machine because that's the preferred machine to use.

Thanks for the prompt reply.  I just needed to know if I was crazy to think MC could do it or not.   :)
