Pinnacle tv tuner keeps crashing

I'm having serious problems with trying to launch the tv tuner ... first i was getting fault with  MJTVControl.dll and after installing the latest version of mc13 i was getting a fault with  AppHangB1 any helm would be greatly appreciated ... the tuner I'm using is a Pinnacle  pc330e hybrid stick both analogue and digital.. thanks in advance.... :'(

I use Pinnacle USB sticks without problems.  What build of MC are you using?

Try scanning for digital channels.  Does that work?

Did you install Pinnacle software?  If so, try uninstalling it.

Can you provide more details? Did crash happen while you tried to play an analog channel or digital channel? Did it happen while you tried to scan for channels? or configuring?

Did you try selecting a specific set of video and audio decoders (digital channels only)?
