iso-latin characters in YADB
« on: May 07, 2003, 11:07:37 am »

I have many CDs which are not English. Most of them were not found in the YADB. The others have been found, but they were written without accents or diacritical marks.
I want to submit all my CDs, but I am not sure whether I can use iso-latin characters. Everybody use only English characters in tag. Does it mean that YADB doesn't support multiple languages ?
Or if YADB supports them, why people don't write tag info in their national character sets and why everybody transcripts everything to 7-bit ASCII ?

Hi plas,

YADB accepts non-latin characters.

Much of the data, however, was entered in 7 bit ASCII. Please upload your correct data.

Thanks,
