New ripping problem with 13.0.95
« on: December 25, 2008, 03:49:23 pm »

When ripping a CD with 13.0.95, I get the following new errors:  1) YADB fails every time to recognize any CD (tried with many); then 2) subsequently clicking on the Detail link under the Rip Action Window results in MC failing to recognize that there is a CD in the drive waiting to be ripped, and it then hangs and requires a close & restart of MC before it will recognize a CD in the drive (still an Unknown Disc of course due to the YADB failure). These problems appear to be new with this release, as I've not noticed before. Thx

I'm not able to reproduce this.  Is it possible you have Media Center fire-walled from YADB or something?

Matt:

It's possible, but I don't think so, as I made no changes to my firewall.  I am not able to reproduce with version 13.0.101, so will write back if I see this again. Thx
