How often is new music added to Performer?

I have been LOVING performer at work!  I have been turned on to numerous new bands, and most of my favorites are available too.
My question is how often is new stuff added to Performer's library?  It seems that some bands have their latest stuff that's only a month or so old, and others have the entire catalog, but are missing the latest release.
I understand that labels release DRM licenses at different times, but I wondered if you have a weekly or monthly "add" time to update the library, or is the library continually being added to?

This brings me to a feature request, would it be possible to 'subscribe' to an artist?  In other words, receive an email or some notification when something has been added to that artist's list?

Thank you.  We're still working on getting new content added faster.  It will improve over the next 6 months.

More MP3 downloads are also coming online.  The full Universal catalog should be there in the next month or so.  EMI is allready there.
