  • Keep looking up.

I must say I’m gravely disappointed by the lack of support users and administrators provide here for the MEDIA CENTER software… especially given the payment for such an all encompassing entity… especially when a new iteration appears.

Was it mentioned that previous versions would at that point then become vacant of support or aid?

I missed that note somehow, if it was transmitted within the note sent me for upgrading.

Simple questions I’ve posted herein are merely ignored. One time in the dozen or so occasions one brave soul attended to them… a couple people helped in fact … but my posting was considered misplaced into the wrong  forum… then.

Posting to what I believe is the correct one, the “MC 12” forum, I’ve received absolutely zip. Zilch.  Nada. Nothing.

Am I again, posting into the wrong forum?

Is this common experience due to some thing of or on my behalf? Or possibly due to a new iteration being made available, so past ones are ignored thereafter?

What good is having a great anything, if it doesn’t become usable?

I’m certainly open to overcome this perspective, or beleaguer it, though I suspect this post as well to lack significant input or authority as has been the case thus far. IME

You've asked three questions in the last week.  I've replied four times.

Sorry you're unhappy.

If you have a question, and it isn't answered with a search, please start a new topic with a subject that describes the problem.  (One of your questions on AAC was buried in a topic called "Don't install iTunes".

You posted your NAS question to two separate threads.

Jim and I answered in this thread: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=50190.0
I asked you to provide some additional details. Please check if you can provide more info.

Your iTunes question was answered by Jim.
