Some type of error reporting?
« on: February 08, 2009, 07:52:59 pm »

I just recently updated to the 13.0.119 and now my MS Media Center remote has stopped functioning. It will work in other programs but not the newest edition of MC. I was hoping to see if any error reports are created if certain objects stop working but cannot find anything.

I have made sure to read as much up on this prior to this post so please dont hammer on my need to search. It simply just does not work any longer. The IR Plug service has been started and I have tried to go through the learn phases, yet all the learning gets me is a "learning..." with no further actions.

Ive unplugged the USB reciever and plugged it into other USB ports but everything is ineffective. Some assistance with this would be great.

btw: this is a registered product 2. :)

Will the logging feature capture issues with remote setup/configuration? I havent tried it yet because there was no selection aimed at the remote. Nothing has changed on that machine outside of the update from 13.0.112 to 13.0.119. Not even windows updates.

btw: Thanks for the timely response.
