Hello,
For syncing, I have the audio path set to [Album Artist (auto)]\[Album]\
It doesn't work for when [Album Artist (auto)] = (Multiple Artists)
I almost sure it used to work a couple of months ago (MC12?) - when it worked, I had all my compilation albums grouped in (Multiple Artists) folder. Now they get scattered all over artist by artist.

I did try to put "Various" in [Album Artist] field - then all compilation albums do get grouped in Various folder but my player screws up since it shows Album Artist instead of Artist if Album Artist is not empty.
(and I need Artist not Album Artist).

Is there a way to fix/workaround this?

Hmm.. This is something I don't understand...
I did some experimenting.
Everything worked correctly when I synced to a folder on an internal harddrive.
On external USB drive everything got messed up with [Album Artist (auto)].
Most of the compilation albums got disassembled. A couple of compilation albums went into (Multiple Artists) folder but not in their entirety - just several tracks..
?

EDIT:  deleted the "bad" items from the USB drive and ran the sync again - this time everything synced correctly!!
Why?!
