Was my purchase successful?

Attempted to upgrade to v13 yesterday.  The registration code was displayed in the browser, but somehow (crash maybe) I lost the browser window before I could do anything with it.  I have tried to restore from internet (twice).  I have not received any emails from JRiver.  Thinking that I might have an issue with my email, I tried to change my email to another (known working) on the restore page but it does not acknowledge that I have any registrations (it should have at least shown a valid v12, if not the upgraded v13).

How can I tell if my purchase was successful

You can visit the restore page and have our server e-mail you your license.  It exists.

Your e-mail for the license is the same on the forum.
