Playing Recorded Video Hesitates

Pausing live TV and then continuing looks fine.  But when I save the time-shift video and then play it in Media Center, it hesitates and stutters quite a bit.

This is most likely cause by wrong DirectShow filters.  Unfortunately, since live TV is played in TV engine while recorded video is played in video engine, they do not share the same configuration.  So you may need to select filters for filter types jtv and jts.
