Please add directory browsing to MC

Just noticed that the thread below is in the MC12 (development stopped) forum, so I thought it might be good to raise the issue here.
AFAIK, JRMC13 can't do this either.  Please correct me if I'm missing something here.

I third this.  Ideally, from theater view you could configure how it should show up.  Should it have a default list of locations?  Or should it only allow you to browse USB drives plugged in.
