CNET Reviews Are Still There
« on: July 18, 2002, 10:13:34 am »

The old reviews were dropped by CNET, but they are still there, if you would like to repost yours.

http://download.com.com/3302-2167-10118266.html?ob=1&pn=1&fb=0

Copy and paste from the link above to the link below:
http://download.com.com/3302-2167-10128681.html?tag=lst

or it ends up in the thread of the old posts.

Thanks.

MJ disappeared from Download.com? The above link to reviews still works, but clicking on the Media Jukebox link (to the left of User Opinions) gives a "no longer available" message.

No, that's an old link.  You can see MJ about 6 down on this page (sorted by downloads):

What is going on with download.com? How are the oldest and only negative reviews attached to the main MJ page? I can see one of each for balance... Plus broken links - a page should either be removed or it's links should work if one has deployed their DB feed properly. Lastly, I am not a mathematican so someone help me and explain how 8/10 equals 50%

Keep cool
You do not get the same page if you click on 'best bet' or 'review' or 'download' or from the  top headlines [on the top with the pictures]
you get a different 'look' on each on them
But ,as far as i can see the best positive posts are not show.

BUT PLEASE RELAX.
Can be people who do not like MJ,can be people who just do not understand the software.NO MJ is not easy to run for a mister average,YES some will speak about the licence, and of cause some will just try to be unkind to MJ.
KEEP COOL
Just post your positive post.If you want to answer negative posts, use the "american with balls way" like Robert,or the not so much of quality  Zevele way......
But better just to post what you feel.To answer ,to speak about a negative post IS TO GIVE LIFE TO IT and to say to others'by the way ,have look at negative posts'

Sure if CNET get one day one cent for each idiot who post ,they do not need cookies anymore..............

I will post my cool post before i leave ,if not after.

But i am thinking about Tullio
"when the Global Village leads to small villages"
A lot to say about it..........

For once i will not read after posting,i am  just to much stoned.
If there is no more mistake than on other posts, let me know,i will no bother to read twice my posts.

Of cause i assume you do not think i feel like to use a dictionary when posting, stoned or not................

Listening to: 'Track 6' on Media Jukebox

Means: Mono Addict Acid Man -Kangarou

But .i will NEVER-EVER  put any new entrys in cddb.............

I just posted a message on www.download.com's Media Jukebox 8.0's user opinion board.

Only 12 people there?

Hi Lucy,
I was wondering if you were still around.
When I was asking for good Chinese music, what I was really after was traditional even though I liked Shino Lin, it was more pop music than I was after. But I found some pretty good traditional Chinese music on EMusic, of all places.
Maybe some Chinese Jazz bands next. Do you know of any?

We have an enemy on CNET.  He is posting negative stuff every day or two.  The ratings are still above 80% approval, but it would be nice if you could find your old review in the link above and re-post it.

Thanks for all your advice, criticism, jokes, and personal insights.  It's been a privilege to be part of this mess.

Great.  I read your first post, went to that URL, and typed up a glowing review for whatever version that pointed to.  Now it's lost forever.

Whats Up With That "WUN Corporation Summary" Review Seems They Don't Have Nothing Suporting There Review.

I Would Think The % Should Go Up When They Go Back To Work And Allow The Rest Of The Reviews Viewable.

He's still posting drivel on CNET.

Darth Vader/ I Q 100/Ind igo bl/Karen/Bernard/Pink Poodle/Stanford Spinet/Mother's Lost Lamb.

He must have no other life.  I have to wonder what would happen to  if he applied himself to something productive, not destructive.

Luckily, it might disturb him to know that since he started, both downloads and sales have jumped.  Probably not connected, but still, any press may be good for business.

Good luck on finding WUN Corporation. Only exists in the fevered mind of The Man Of A Thousand Faces. He'd make a great case study for a clinical psychologist.
