I am looking at different albums and seeing tracks not listed.  An example is in the green day album: "1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours (Bonus Tracks)" I cannot see tracks 6 and 18.

Is this a licensing issue or is it there something wrong with the feed that uploaded the album so those tracks never made it in?  I have noticed that this happens to a lot of the albums and thus I don't want to buy them if I won't get all the tracks

The tracks shown are what we get from MediaNet.  Sometimes the record label doesn't have the license to provide a digital copy.

Often a track or two from an album will only allow 30 second previews.  In this case, the same tracks can usually be purchased.
