I'm interested to know what exactly is the difference between ver 12 & 13 for me to be spending money on it. I don't think the software should be prompting for an upgrade if one has to pay for it. I have spent the better part of 30 minutes trying to find a support link and I couldn't find any. Not even an email link! I can't be spending my money on a software for which there is no satisfactory support; I have to spend my time searching through various postings before I could find some kind of answer to the problems I have. That in my books is unacceptable. I have never had the reason to searh for help before, now that I have the result is very dissapointing. Just too bad.
