I recently started making heavy use of playlist groups in panes. They are a wonderful way of editing playlist content and moving content between playlists.

I am observing a significant performance hit. Comparing 2 views that are identical except one has a playlist group pane, I see a doubling of refresh time. Also, when selecting a file, it takes a long time for the panes to be updated with the edit indicators.

A while ago you were looking for ways to apply more threads to improving performance. Wondering if this might be a candidate?
