How to go back to currently playing item?

I double click on a video thumbnail to play a video file, but when I scroll down and highlight/click on another thumbnail (in window mode), I don't know how to go back to the thubmnail for the currently playing video.  It is really frustrating me to find my way in a list of 100+ video clips.  Thanks.

Player > Playing Now > Show Playing Now ?
