You could also manipulate this using the option "Show tags in current view" (click on the icon in the top left of the tag window frame)
The fields shown in the tag window will then match the columns shown in the file list, and they will be shown in the tag window in the same order as they appear in the file list.
Whether or not that's a feasable solution for you depends upon how you want to use it. For example, using a thumbnail list view, you do not see the columns, but, if you set them up using the details view, then switch the list back to thumbnails, the tag window will show the selected columns in the selected order.
