New boards for MC14 and Portable Devices

There is now an MC14 board.

And the old board called "iPods, MP3 players, and cell phones" was split into two boards:

Portable Devices (not Apple)

iPod

The last year or so of iPod posts were moved to the new iPod board, but some of the older ones are still on the main Portable Device board.
