Where did the numbers go in the remote control configuration page?!

We removed the numbers from the default list of commands since they were rarely being used and it's difficult to navigate through a long list. The capability to add numbers using the "Add Command" button was missing however, and I've added that back in for the next build. All you will need to do (in the next build) is click "add command" and then choose numbers from the drop-down list.
