In the tree in standard view, select Video.
Then select web media > youtube.
Perform your search.
Click on the film you wish to download and a menu will appear, giving you a couple of options.
1 is to play in the player.
1 is to play in the website.
1 is to download the file to your library, and it lets you choose the download location.

Enjoy :-)

Ok, so explain the process you're taking to get to the 'not playing' stage. What option are you choosing in YouTube? What does happen? Black screen? message  on the screen? Do you have the right codecs installed? Try CCCP if you don't already have it.

Any info you can give us will let us help you alot better  ;)

I seem to remember to get the best playback I needed to play with options->file types.
I think Flash Video flv, and mp4 I set to using JRiver Video engine.  Combined with CCCP and everything worked well then.

Hi Imugli,

In the tree in standard view, select Video.
Then select web media > youtube.

This is not showing in my tabs I have Google IMDB Rotten Tomatoes.
Right click customise links youtube is there but will not show in the bar.

What version of MC are you on?
My first screenshot demonstrates where youtube is under 'Connected Media'.  In older versions connected media is named 'Web Media'

Once you click on this the current tab will change to youtube.

My second screenshot shows Youtube as a link on the link bar that's a customized link that I added.  You can customize links by right clicking on them and selecting customize links.

It's in the tree on the left hand side, underneath Connected Media, which is underneath Video, as per my first screenshot and imguli's instructions....
