Taggin - Update tags from library Question.

hi, i have just tagged all my video files. and i'm noticing on alot of them when i chose update tags from library, that it says example 1750 tags update, 1750(Failures)  ive checked my drives and make sure i have full control\full write. an i do.

i'm using vista 32, and jriver 13 172.
Any help please? this has been almost a full week of taggin and i'd hate to loose all my work, i want to be able to tag all these files then lock the drive for read only.

also ive noticed on alot of my files example acdc thunderstruck, if i right click it chose properties then details. it doesnt show the ratingsor artist album tags in the file with in windows explorer... could this be the issue with the failures? how do i get these tags to stick for my files.

MC can't write to all types of files.  Could just be that.

MC14 has "sidecars" that store the metadata in a file alongside the video file.

ohh ok... well by saving my library all tags should be saved for good then? as long as i dont loose my saved library... correct?
