Installation restore

I received your e-mail with an attachment for my installation key, but I could not open the attached file.  The file name is MediaJukebox8-23130.mjr.  Please either re-send the installation key or tell me how to read the file you sent me.

Make you sure that you have the latest build installed before attempting to restore your license.
