There appears to be a problem with your account
« on: July 26, 2009, 07:25:53 pm »

That's the message I get whenever I try to login.  I am only getting 30 second clips.  I'm beginning to get frustrated with this service.  This is the 3rd time I've had issues.  This time it's been going on for about 2 weeks at least.  I have a lot of my own stuff in my library, so when I was getting 30 second clips once in a while, I assumed it was because they were songs that didn't have a full license.  Turns out it was all the songs that were being streamed.

I'm getting kind of tired of paying on a regular basis for a service that works on such an intermittent basis.

Hi,

There was a charge failure and your subscription terminated.  That was on the 14th.  (Clearly an email should be sent at that point.)  This coincides with a server move so it is probably not an issue with your credit card.

If you just Login and then do a Change Subscription (in the menu that pops up when you click the same button you used to login) you should be good to go again.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I just tried that, and I get the message:  Unable to change subscription type.

Try changing your credit card.  Sorry for the trouble.

Well yesterday around 5:00 PM EDT, I updated my credit card info as you suggested.  I waited until now around 12:15 EDT to give it time to update the information and give me access.

I still have the exact same problem, but with the added bonus of having my credit card charged twice for $12.99!

I would not be this patient with anyone but J River.

Sorry about the hassles. I'm looking into this now and hope to have it sorted out shortly. I'll post when I have more info..

Ok, I've got it sorted out.
Let me know if you have any other issues. We're refunding all charges so you'll get a free month for your trouble. Thanks much for your patience.
