Is Simplify Media supported by MC? Or does a plugin exist?
« on: August 08, 2009, 01:15:37 pm »

I am curious if Simplify Media, a handy program that I use as an app on my iPhone to broadcast music from my hard drives to my iPhone over either Wifi or 3G could work with MC or if a plugin already exists for it. Right now, I have to stream my iTunes library, but would prefer to be able to just stream my MC library. Right now I use the MC2iTunes sync program to keep things relatively simple, but it is still just a workaround and native support would be really cool.

I see no one has answered your question. Did you ever find out? Maybe there is another iphone app that could work as upnp client with Media Center. Can anyone help?

You can point to disk locations with Simplfy. I use it with MC14, but I point Simplify to about 5 disk locations and share 50K files to my iPhone.
