How can I stop MC from taking over my Jpegs?

When I open them I need to edit them in another program but MC keeps locking onto them.

Cheers

Set the file associations in MC and in the other program.  Try Google for more information.

Tools/Options/File Types/ ........... no images?? Darn. What is going on here? Can't see any file associations for images. So it's pretty hard to set it to External program then.

Perhaps you turned the 'Image Support' feature off?

Bingo! That has to be it.

Anyway. Maid, go to the jpg association as I described and set it to External program. That should do the trick.
