When I add files has UNICODE file name(Korean) into MC playlist, MC14.46 replaced with track number instead of real file name(Korean).
Is UNICODE file name not supported or I may need some trick ?

What type of playlist?
From a quick test, I agree that MC doesn't appear to support creating unicode M3U playlists.
As far as I can see it appears to be by design- http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=52570.0

I would support adding an option to this though, rather than it not being supported.

Other than that, MC should support unicode fully- I've never had any issues, and I've got a lot of Chinese and Japanese stuff

It is not M3U file rather just file name in Windows directory.
But, some other Korean file names works fine with MC.
I guess MC has certain way to access File name and Tag.

I'd presume what you're getting as the title is either coming from the M3U, or the file's embedded tags
As I understand it, the tags are generated in this order (AlexB will probably be here in a minute to correct me)-
1st- From the playlist.
2nd- If there are no tags in the playlist, the internal MP3 tags are then read.
3rd- If there are no tags in the playlist or the file, then MC automatically generates a title from the filename.
