Crashing on Cut & Paste from file system to Image action window

MC 14.0.50:

I've been getting an "Unhandled exception" when
  • I Cut a .jpg file from the File System (using Directory Opus)
  • Image action window -> Right Click -> Paste From Clipboard (Image or URL)
  • Crashes every 4th+ time I try it

I've got the log file.  Where can I send them.

BTW: Logging->"Click to email log files", I get an error "Failed to email items."
