Auto-removing from library >_>
« on: August 29, 2009, 08:27:34 am »

When I ran the auto-import function just now, MJ removed a file from the library which I have renamed and reorganized earlier today.
Why doesn't it just prompt me to manually locate the file? I would like to avoid this for the future.

As a workaround you can use MJ to reorganize your files. You can use the "[Right Click on File/s]->Library Tools->Rename, Move, & Copy Files..." tool for file management.

If you like to have an explorer style filemanagement system, you can go to "Drives & Devices" in the left sided organisation tree to browse through your Computer. If I remember that right, all file action done there are updated to library if a file allready is in your library. Give it a try! To rename your files easily you could add the Column "Filename (name)" to your view.
