Hi, after many problem free years using MC I have a question.
I had to recover my Vista PC after getting a virus, luckily i have a back up of all my MP3s on a USB drive.
I have now re-imported all my tracks into MC but of course they now all have an import date of today.
I like to sort by date imported decscending but now i can not do this.
I assume every track has an hidden database ID number that is assigned when it is imported. If this is true is there anyway to be able to see this as a column and then sort by it ? Of course I am also assuming that its an incremental ID number.
I have looked at the date modified and date created but these dont seem to be reliable. Tracks for one album may have different modified date and time (from me changing spelling etc). Sorting by date/time created doesnt always but tracks of the same album together if i imported several albums at the same time.
