Thinking of Ordering, but . . .
« on: July 09, 2002, 12:09:38 am »

I have some questions I need to ask before ordering.  They are listed in order of importance.

1. Can I pay by check?
2. I organized my MIDI files (100mb|PLS|) using the playlist group feature.  Once my trial expires, does all that work I did go away.
3. Does this liscence entitle me to have future versions of Media Jukebox.  If not . . .
4. Do I get to keep using keys every time I reformat my drive, or get a new computer and have this program off the old computer?

Thanks

I don't work for JRiver, but I can tell you what they've said in the past:

1. No.  Credit card only.  Maybe PayPal someday.
2. I'll let somebody else answer that.
3. Not necessarily.  MJ6 licenses were good for 7 but not 8.  MJ7 licenses are good for MJ8.  That is history, not a guarantee of a free upgrade through one more major version.
4. Read this: http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/buy_faq_8.html

Hi Hyasynth,

1. Can I pay by check?
No. Only Credit Card payments.

2. I organized my MIDI files (100mb|PLS|) using the playlist group feature. Once my trial expires, does all that work I did go away.
Everything will stay the same, but you will have more features.

3. Does this liscence entitle me to have future versions of Media Jukebox. If not . . .
Our current policy is free upgrade to the next version, but it can change.

4. Do I get to keep using keys every time I reformat my drive, or get a new computer and have this program off the old computer?
Just use the key.
