Guys, I must be doing something totally wrong... just don't know where the setting might be to NOT import any pictures (except of course the Folder.jpg picture).

I de-activated everything which had to do with picture extensions. To no avail...

In my 'Modern Music' view I have at the end a position 'unassigned'. Under that choice all pictures except the normal folder pic show up, including all TV channel settings...

Can someone tell me please - why?

If you remove file extention support for all images, and if you turn off Audio support under General, advanced, features or something you should have no pictures as all. What exactly is showing up under Video? It should only include video, unless you have changed the view to show more files, or if the images have video extentions.

The only thing I want is that MC14 just does the import of my audio (and video) files. Including the folder pic for each album. But all other scans or pics I don't want to mess up my library. I switched off all extensions linked to pictures, I switched off everything which I found which has to do with pictures. To no avail, it just always imports also my booklet scans if I have some added to the album folder...

JimH told me once that it should be possible, but I don't find that darn setting

You'll probably have to make a couple of auto import tasks, and selecting/de-selecting the proper file extensions there. But if you did this for all image extensions under options it should import nothing of the sort I think. Weired....
