Hi there,

I'd like to detect when the User has used the "Seek Bar". 

I was thinking a new MCEvent/MCC NOTIFY_SEEK would be useful?

Currently, I can fake this by watching the the elapsed time and detecting when it deviates from its expected position, or I can hang something off the FLUSH hook from my JR Output Pluging.  Both these feel hacky.

What do you think? Thanks!
