Where may one buy Hauppauge Wintv in PAL online?
Comon guys, where can I find a bargain in europe?
I am not too familier with shopping online in europe, Is Germany's Ebay the best bet?
Are there any cross-country price engines (like www.pricewatch.com) in europe?
Is 50 euro for Wintv|PLS|fm *new* a bargain?

FNAC ?

It is a little bit expansive. You can try www.rueducommerce.com, it is reliable and not expansive but I don't know if it sells outside France.
