I'm not sure if this, or something similar, has been requested before;

I'd really like to be able to change/review my handheld device settings once they're disconnected from my pc. Is there any chance this would be possible? That they'd be shown in the dropdown list as (disconnected) but that we can edit them if we need to?

This would be really nice.

I've asked for this too.  This would be great.  I see no reason why one shouldn't be able to make simple changes, or review settings, for various disconnected devices.

I would also like to see the cache aspect separated from HH conversion settings, allowing a global cache settings, and per-HH settings that override the global HH.  In both cases, settings should be modifiable when devices are disconnected.
