Burning at the highest speed

I just installed a new CD-RW (Lite-On LTR-40125W) and MJ will only let me burn as high as 32x (that's highest I can select).  When I burn through Nero and I can burn at 40x with no problems.  

Any suggestions how I can burn at 40x through MJ?
