for some reason i can't get MJ to stream any music from a web browser.

Every time i click on an m3u or asx file i get

"Warning:
Please select file(s) to play." if MJ isn't running,
and nothing when it is. mj becomes the active window but that's it.

the only way i can get mj to play streaming files is if i drag the hyperlink from a broserwindow and drop it into the play controls area of mj.

any ideas on what could be wrong.

What version of MJ?  If not the latest 8.0, please try it.

Veken - this is the support area. It's patrolled by the CEO and his tech people, as well as extremely knowledgeable users (not me).

I note your first inquiry was 5 July. Unless you're in the US, you may be unaware that many people take a long week-end around the 4th. I suspect you've just hit a momentary dead spot and will get a response by the beginning of the week.
