RAM Videos Thumbnails missing

Hello, one of MC's best features is the thumbnails previews.  It essentially works for all type of videos but for some reason, my RAM videos do not display thumbnails.  I tried "update library from tags" which usually fills up most missing thumbnails, but i can never get those RAM or RMVB to work.  please help!
