Hi maybe I'm missing something simple but I've been unable sync ogg files to my Sansa Clip via MC14 sometimes tracks will lock the device and you have to power off but all tracks that have gone on too the device none are in the right folder under artist or album , but then if I access the files via my computer their they are in the right folder artist album track number all tagged correctly so why dont they appear via the menu ?
